Returns & Refunds
At Thebridalrobesa, we have designed our returns and exchange policy to ensure a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. Please read through our returns policy before making a return.
Our robes are handmade and custom created for all our clients.
We accept returns
We offer an exchange if you have any problem with a size (robes) but only when a product is in brand-new condition.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging, unused or unworn, with tags and in a re-sellable condition.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Process for Returns:
- Contact our customer service team at thebridalrobesa@gmail.com to initiate a return
- Provide us with your order number and reason for the return
- Our customer service team will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Pack the products securely and send them back to the address provided
- Once the returned products have been received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refunds.
Custom colored robes are not eligible for returns/refunds( Please be sure of the color before you place your order)
Exchanges:
- Contact us by using the contact form within 14 days of receiving an order and tell us about a problem.
- We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
- Intimate items including bodysuits and briefs can not be returned or exchanged
- All SALE items purchased are final and cannot be returned for change of mind.
- The product must be returned to us in its original packaging
- Customers are responsible for all Shipping costs
In the event of a damaged or defective product:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
- In some cases, we may require the product to be returned for inspection before processing a replacement.
