Shipping Policy
TheBridalshoprobesa is committed to promptly and efficiently delivering your orders. Our shipping policy for our customers is as follows:
Shipping within South Africa:
- All orders processed and shipped within 1-2 working days using Royal Mail first class delivery and will usually arrive within 1-3 working days. If you need your order sooner. kindly let us know by sending a mail.
- For orders over £50, delivery is free of charge.
- Orders are processed and dispatched during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays may not be shipped until the next working day.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking number, once your order has been dispatched.
- You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at thebridalrobesa@gmail.com
- We will do everything we can to resolve the issue and get your order to you as soon as possible.
